Purpose:

    • Delivery of my products and services: Personal information is used to contact you for the purpose of delivering products and services for which you have purchased, signed up and / or subscribed.

    • Delivery of newsletters: Personal information is used to send newsletters that you have subscribed to.

    • Customer service: Support in connection with your purchases and subscriptions as well as other inquiries.

It is necessary for me to have this information because of:

    • My legitimate interest in marketing my products

    • So I can fulfill a contract that you are a party to.

  • So I can comply with a legal obligation, for example, according to the Accounting Act.

I have entered into data processor agreements with these data processors, which is my guarantee that they comply with the applicable rules on the protection of your personal data:

    • Easyme for payment of products and services

    • Easyme for handling booking and purchase of products and email newsletters.

    • Easyme for handling email addresses, in connection with sending out newsletters.

Storage:

I keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes mentioned:

    • In the case of newsletters: As long as a consent given to receive marketing has not been withdrawn and I am not obliged to keep the personal data, for example in connection with a legal obligation.

    • In connection with the purchase of services or products: In connection with the delivery of my products and services, I will store your personal information for up to 6 years after the end of customer relationships in accordance with the Accounting Act, unless there are special reasons to store the information for a longer period, such as because you have access to an online product you have purchased.

  • In general, personal information regarding general inquiries from unregistered customers will be deleted after 1 year, unless there are special reasons to store the information for a longer period.

Disclosure, objection, amendment, data portability and deletion:
